Education Undersecretary Diosdado San Antonio told ANC that the Department “has not monitored any major difficulties” so it would like to believe that the first day of classes is successful. “In fact, the first day of learning did not happen today. There are many homes whose children were already doing lessons even during the weekend,” she said.
