We’ve taken some pics with Google’s latest Pixel 9 Pro XL to see how it compares to Apple’s top-of-the-range iPhone 15 Pro Max.
Our shots were designed to challenge the Pixel 9 Pro’s 50MP main camera, which is similar to the iPhone 15 Pro Max’s 48MP unit, as this will probably be used most often. All photos were shot using ‘out-of-the-box’ settings.
We compared the full resolution photos side-by-side on a high-quality HDR display, and our photos included daytime and night snaps, poor backlighting conditions, colour profiles and portrait mode.
