SAN FRANCISCO — Crews rescued a person who had fallen from a cliff in the Presidio in San Francisco just south of the Golden Gate Bridge on Saturday afternoon.
Crews responded to a 4:35 p.m. report of someone who had fallen from a cliff along the coast near Battery Cranston, just off Merchant Road on the west side of U.S. Highway 101.
According to a tweet from the San Francisco Fire Department, the person was rescued by 5:32 p.m. and sustained minor injuries.
