Watch: Steph Curry’s son, Canon, gets teary after watching dad go to locker room

It ain’t easy being the 3-year-old son of Golden State Warriors star Steph Curry. Nevermind that your dad just scored 20 points to help the team beat the Houston Rockets on Sunday; Canon Curry got upset as he watched his dad disappear into the tunnel after the game. The touching moment was caught on video by Let’s Go Warriors. Steph Curry’s other children, Riley, 9, Ryan, 6 as well as Steph’s wife Ayesha, were there also at the game to cheer on dad.

Perhaps Canon was sad because he remembered the time he went back to the locker room and posed with the team after winning the Western Conference Finals in 2019. Or maybe Canon heard about the numerous times Riley would do press conferences with Steph when Riley was Canon’s age.

Most likely Canon heard how Draymond’s son, Draymond Jr., 4, stole the show before the Warriors’ game Friday night.
