Apple is on notice. I’ve been testing Samsung’s Galaxy Watch Ultra 2, which is quite the upgrade.
5,000 nits of brightness, compared to the 3,000 of the first Galaxy Watch Ultra and Apple Watch Ultra 3, makes a big difference in daily use. Even when just walking outside, I no longer have to shield the watch face with my hand to see the display clearly in broad daylight.
Samsung also made the Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 thinner, more comfortable, and more powerful, courtesy of the new Snapdragon wearable processor. But for day-to-day use, it’s the changes Samsung has made to its health ecosystem that make things a lot easier. It’s now quicker to access helpful data that you can act on to improve your wellbeing.
