Aldi, the grocer with everything under one roof, is also getting in on the Black Friday sale action. As part of the German franchise’s famous Special Buys range, there will be a range of tech deals at bargain basement prices.
This particular Black Friday sale starts on Wednesday 27 November 2024, with Aldi’s middle aisles including a big 70-inch 4K TV from Bauhn for $589. Pre-installed with webOS, LG’s operating system, it marks a departure from Aldi’s previous budget TVs that have used Samsung’s Tizen platform.
We don’t know the full specs but it will likely be similar to previous Special Buys TVs. If 70 inches is too big for your liking, there’s also a 43-inch Full HD TV as an alternative. Other tech deals from the upcoming Aldi Black Friday include various headphones, speakers, and miscellaneous accessories for your gadgets.
Also of note is a Lenovo Tab M11 tablet bundle for $199. Aldi hasn’t revealed the full details of the bundle yet; considering the tablet normally retails for $349, that’s a tidy discount. It’s an Android tablet with an 11-inch 1920 x 1200 LCD screen, which could make for a nice multimedia device.
