Apple Black Friday sale: Save hundreds on iPhones and MacBooks

Black Friday might not be until 29 November this year, but the sales have already started coming through, and there are some great deals to be had. Apple products are rarely discounted much during Black Friday, so if you’re looking to grab something, jump quick while they’re on sale if you see a deal that fits your budget.

We’ve gathered the best deals on iPhones, iPads, Apple Watches and MacBooks from across all the Australian retailers to bring you a list of which sales to keep your eye on. Like in previous years, Apple will also offer gift cards valued at up to $320 with eligible purchases from its stores.

When does the sale start?

Black Friday technically starts on 29 November 2024, with Cyber Monday beginning on 3 December. But, since time is an illusion and the cost of living crisis is damaging retail sales, the sales have already started.

That might be a bad sign for the economy, but is fantastic for people who want to save some money without having to deal with the crowds at a one-day sales event. These deals are spread across several sites and stores, and each will have individual start and end dates.

Generally, most retailers’ sales are happening between 21 November and 4 December this year. Make sure you double-check availability at the retailer you choose so you don’t miss out.

Apple gift card promotion

Between 29 November and 2 December, you can get bonus gift cards when buying specific Apple products directly from the brand. It excludes most of this year’s newest devices, but it’s a decent way to get a bit of extra value from purchasing an older model.
