Apple has confirmed that this year’s Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) will kick off on 9 June US time, or early morning on 10 June here in Australia. It’s Apple’s annual event where the tech giant announces its latest software and technology in a developer-centric environment.
Expect to see Apple confirm the next major software release after iOS 18, ready for the expected launch of the iPhone 17 in September. Last year’s WWDC focused on Apple Intelligence, the company’s set of AI features that’s had a rocky journey so far, and the global launch of the Apple Vision Pro headset.
Like previous years, WWDC 2025 is available to attend online. The main keynote kicks off at 3 AM Sydney time on 10 June, making it an early one for Aussies.
